The End of Berikyuu!

The end of Haromoni@ was just announced a few days ago, and now the H!P Kids short show is gone too.

The last episode of Berikyuu! will air on October 3rd, but guess what? A new show is replacing it starting on October 6th and the name of it is called “Yorosen!”. The participating members of the new show will be announced on September 1st.

I think it is a Hello! Project show? I can’t read it that much but it says Haromoni@ and Berikyuu! in the entry, I’m sure this will be the new H!P show. I’m confused, please correct me if I am saying anything wrong. If it is a new H!P show, Morning Musume, Berryz Koubou and C-ute will probably be the main stars. And come on, Morning Musume has been on TV for like all 11 years of their existence. Yes, they are less popular, but are still one of the best known girl groups in Japan and they still sell. Adding Berryz and C-ute would just make it better. I’m looking forward to figuring this all out!

EDIT - Akachin posted on his blog (I don’t know either lol) that the new show is only seven minutes long (4 minutes without commercials) and will air at the same time as Berikyuu! (which is around midnight I think…correct me if I am wrong), five days a week. It will feature Morning Musume, Berryz Koubou, C-ute and Mano Erina. Uh. Well, I guess some screen time is better than none at all. But I really wish it could have been half an hour though or at least when people are awake. :/

The PV is super cute, I really like the “backstage” scenes. The dance was a bit odd, but the song isn’t really danceable. Everyone looked really good, but the one who stood out the most to me was Sengoku Minami. She looks great in this PV. And this is also the first time where I didn’t want to punch Noto Arisa in the face. I also like the outfits a lot. In the end, there was one scene were it looked like Yossy kissed Rika…

As for the song, I really don’t know what to think. It’s not bad at all, but it lacks the catchy-ness the last two singles had. Compared to the other two singles, this one is pretty bland. I overall like it, but I really cant see myself listening to it like more than twice a week or something.

Reina’s not one of my favorites, but I’m glad she is getting one, as her last one was released in February and that wasn’t even a “real” photobook. Reina takes really great pictures, so hopefully this will be good!

I really need to get a job because I am running out of money to pay for this stuff…lol. This is being released around Christmas time which is good, but I’m already expecting to get Buono!’s new single and the Morning Musume calendar for Christmas. I also wanted to get C-ute’s latest single as I haven’t gotten around to ordering that yet and the Morning Musume All Singles Complete thing so I can listen to their songs on my radio when I get ready for school. I am worried because I doubt my parents would spend over $90 for me on this stuff…

Regular

Don’t like the limited cover at all. It looks so cheap and biased. They put the least two popular members with the most popular member, I hate when they do that because it’s so noticeable. The border looks so cheap…they should have just stuck to one color. I like the regular one better. Thankfully, that’s the one I bought. And Risako isn’t in the center for once! Miyabi has been pushed wayyyyy to the right (where everyone knows where the least popular goes), and this has happened in Buono! too. Maybe it’s the “scandal”, but why would they keep pushing her back all of a sudden?

The album is being released September 10th.

Buono! 5th Single

It seems like Buono! doesn’t get to rest much. They will be releasing a 5th single on November 12th.

The b-side will be the second season theme for the anime Shugo Chara!.

Morning Musume’s weekly show, Haromoni@, is apparently ending and the last episode is rumored to air September 28th.

This blog has been reporting this for quite awhile now. He has connections to the entertainment industry apparently.

This sucks. I actually liked Haromoni@. It was no Hello! Morning, but now, Morning Musume might not even be on TV every week from now on. Hopefully a new show will be announced sometime…I don’t see why Berryz and C-ute should get their own “show” and not Morning Musume, seeing how they are the flagship group and all. And the ratings for Berikyuu! are basically the same as the ratings for Haromoni@.

Gachinko de Ikou! Review

Gachinko de Ikou! - Buono!’s 4th Single

Rating - 10/10

Simply amazing, and my favorite Buono! song now. Everything about it is great, and the girls singing is amazing. The song fit all their voices so well. As much as I like it, I can’t really say anything else about it. But I think it will take a long time before I love another Buono! song as much as this one.

Lady Panther

Rating - 9/10

This song reminds me of one of those old school songs or something. It’s a nice song, but I can see why it’s only a b-side. Compared to Gachinko, it doesn’t stand out that well. It’s still really nice though. I think it’s on the same level as the b-side of Renai Rider - a great song, but since it wasn’t used for the anime, it doesn’t looked like they tried as hard as they did for Kokoro no Tamago or Minna Daisuki.

Overall Rating - 9.5/10

Although it doesn’t contain my favorite Buono! b-side, it’s still my favorite Buono! single.

I actually really like it. When I first listened to it, it sounded kinda bad, but now I’m on my third listen and it grew on me, although I don’t think it’s as good as their last two singles. And I miss Mika. T_T
